Miami Off Road es una comunidad registrada y reconocida que promueve el compañerismo, la aventura y el respeto en cada evento. Al formar parte de nuestro grupo y portar nuestro banner, todos los miembros aceptan cumplir con las siguientes normas:

• Se espera un comportamiento responsable, respetuoso y seguro durante todos los eventos, salidas y actividades.
• Está prohibido el consumo excesivo de alcohol, conductas agresivas o cualquier comportamiento que ponga en riesgo a otros participantes o al público.
• El respeto a la naturaleza, a otras comunidades y a las leyes locales es obligatorio.

2. Responsabilidad Ambiental
• Todos los miembros deben dejar los lugares que visitemos completamente limpios, incluso mejor de cómo los encontramos.
• La basura no se queda. Vuelve contigo. Cada participante es responsable de recoger sus residuos y colaborar con la limpieza general del área.
• Cuidar el entorno es parte del espíritu Miami Off Road y su incumplimiento será considerado una falta grave.

3. Uso de la Imagen de Miami Off Road
• El logo, banner, stickers y cualquier elemento visual de Miami Off Road son marca registrada y su uso representa directa afiliación con la comunidad.
• Portar nuestro banner implica representar nuestros valores. Cualquier mala conducta mientras se lleve nuestra imagen afecta directamente la reputación de la marca.

4. Consecuencias por Malas Prácticas
• Primera falta (leve): Advertencia verbal o escrita.
• Faltas moderadas o reincidencias: Suspensión temporal de actividades grupales y retiro del uso del banner.
• Faltas graves (maltrato, irresponsabilidad extrema, conducta ilegal, daño ambiental o afectación a la imagen del grupo):
→ Expulsión inmediata del grupo.
→ Prohibición definitiva del uso del logo y nombre.
→ Posible acción legal.

5. Prohibición de Representación sin Autorización
• Está terminantemente prohibido hablar, negociar o representar a Miami Off Road sin autorización expresa de la dirección.
• Cualquier acción que implique representación indebida será tratada como una falta grave.

6. Compromiso del Miembro
Al unirse a Miami Off Road, cada miembro acepta este reglamento y comprende que portar el logo o banner del grupo es un privilegio, no un derecho.

• All members must leave every location completely clean, ideally in better condition than it was found.
• Trash goes back with you — it does not stay behind. Each participant is responsible for their waste and for helping keep the area clean.
• Respecting nature is a core value of Miami Off Road, and violations will be treated as serious offenses.

3. Use of the Miami Off Road Image
• The Miami Off Road logo, banners, stickers, and any visual materials are registered trademarks, and their use represents direct affiliation with the brand.
• Wearing or displaying our banner/logo comes with responsibility. Any misconduct while representing our image will directly affect the brand’s reputation.

4. Consequences for Misconduct
• First Offense (minor): Verbal or written warning.
• Moderate or repeated offenses: Temporary suspension from group activities and removal of banner use privileges.
• Serious offenses (abuse, reckless behavior, illegal activity, environmental damage, or harming the group’s image):
→ Immediate expulsion from the group.
→ Permanent ban from using the logo or name.
→ Possible legal action.

5. Unauthorized Representation
• No one is allowed to speak on behalf of, negotiate for, or represent Miami Off Road without prior approval from group leadership.
• Unauthorized representation will be treated as a serious offense.

By joining Miami Off Road, each member agrees to this code of conduct and understands that displaying the logo or banner is a privilege, not a right.
